Misc. Dialplan Tools sound test

Dumps information about a channels packets to the console (but not the log file).

The test runs until the channel is hung up.

MSC Note: I am researching the meanings of each piece of information. They all have to do with the number of audio samples in each packet as well as the number of samples in a "period". I'll add that when I figure it out. In the meantime feel free to check out switch_ivr.c, function switch_ivr_sound_test().
