bootstrap.sh doesn't like my libtool

Trying to build freeswitch from SVN on OSX 10.4.11.

The bootstrap script apparently doesn't like my libtool version 2.2 and says it must be newer then 1.5.14. This seems like a mistake, unless there is a problem and then the message should be different.

Libtool-2.2 is unsupported

You need libtool-1.5.2x to build freeswitch trunk

The Installation Guide should probably be split by OS with separate pages for each OS.

I had add more details for debian experienced install

I had add more detials to install freeswitch on a debian based distribution. Anyways, I also add to install monit, but I'm not shure how about this package and what freeswitch does with ist. The package is suggested by the base package of freeswitch but won't be install on minimal debian installation.
