Introduction

Best practices are generally accepted ways of implementing solutions. They are not "requirements" per se, but rather suggested methods of accomplishing tasks.

Discussion

FreeSWITCH is so powerful and flexible that it is entirely possible, and in some cases quite common, to implement solutions in non-optimal ways. Below are two sections, the first of which contains links to best practices for various topics. The second section is for users who have configurations that they would like to have reviewed by the community. Once the community, including the core development team, has reviewed the submission then it can be documented as a best practice.

Best Practices Pages

Please add links to your best practices page.

Configs Submitted For Peer Review

Please add a link to the page containing your submission. Create a new page for each solution you'd like to have reviewed. Send an email to the freeswitch-users and freeswitch-dev lists asking for input. Invite users to add comments to the discussion section of the wiki page.
